Membership Information
To become a member, Email the Vice President of Membership, obtain an application form, fill it out, and pay a membership fee.
You can also obtain an application by coming, as a walk-in guest, to
any one of our weekly meetings. Our Club
Officers will be glad to fill you in on the details. Membership fees
are $60 for the first six months period (the equivalent of $10 per
month) and then $39 for each following six month period (or $6.50 per
month).
Once you join, you will participate in the various speaking and meeting
assignments. Everyone works at their own pace. You start with the
simple assignments first, and as you become familiar with the meeting
and develop your communication skills, you move to more challenging
ones.
New members are assigned mentors. This is usually performed by the
Membership Officer. For more information on becoming a member, contact
our VP of Membership or our President. Their contact information is
provided on the club officer roster.
To learn more about the club, please feel free to attend an LEB meeting as a guest. Guests are welcome to sit in on meetings up to three times.
